I have engaged a prominent New York law firm to file a lawsuit against Pace University in Federal court. They will also file suit against Robert Rideout. I ask for the following remedies:
Reinstatement in my old position with a salary based on my old salary plus a ten percent raise for each year since Pace University forced my resignation. Salary to be compounded for each year that has passed.
Back pay, including a ten percent increase for each year since my resignation.
Payment for the vacation time I would have collected over the years I have been gone.
One hundred million dollars for the pain, suffering and humiliation Pace University forced me to endure by not invesdtigating and terminating Robert Rideout.
The immediate and permanent termination of Robert Rideout if he is still employed by Pace University.
A full page ad in the New York Times and the Daily News, by Pace University, offering me a public apology.
